FordDirect’s investment in the Select Dealer Region is delivering results. An increase in the number of Select digital performance managers from seven to 10 in the fourth quarter of 2016 has driven improvements in two key Dealer metrics.

First among the upward trends is the average reputation score for the Select Dealer group, which totals over 1600 dealerships nationwide. In the fourth quarter last year, the average was 361, but today that group averages a score of 465, an increase of over 100 points. Work isn’t complete yet, however; the FordDirect Digital Success Team’s goal for 2017 is for all Select Dealers to meet the industry standard of 488.

Significant improvements are also visible in Digital Advertising Solution impression share. As of Q4 last year, 52 percent of Dealers held a 35 percent impression share or higher. Today, 57 percent of Dealers meet that threshold, an impressive rise considering the scale of over 1600 dealerships.

The Select Dealer Region team is led by Heather Blunt. The 10 digital performance managers on the team are Chris Bachelder, Kristine Bradley, Patrick Green, Aimee Jeffers, Ania Kuras, Megan Lofland, Eddy Meola, Rona Michels, Hollie Sellers, and Jennifer Weedmark.
