R.J. Bussone is chief information officer at FordDirect. In this role, he is responsible for technology compliance, infrastructure management, data security and technical innovation.

R.J. previously served as FordDirect’s vice president, innovation and integration and was responsible for leading transformative product and service design.

Prior to joining FordDirect in 2017, R.J. served in various technical leadership roles at RouteOne LLC, including software development and delivery, integration and customer strategy.

R.J. received a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign - College of Business.
