The insights FordDirect gathers from this annual year-end check-in will tell us how we can continue to improve and provide dealers with even better products, services, and support.
Dealers take approximately 15 minutes of their time to complete the survey, and individual responses are not disclosed to FordDirect. The identities of all respondents are kept strictly confidential.
