Rebecca Caldwell is VP, product innovation and integration at FordDirect. In this role, she is responsible for data integrations, data services, integrated product platforms, market intelligence, and innovation.
Before assuming this role at FordDirect, Rebecca developed a deep knowledge for FordDirect’s product spaces. She led the addition of new functionality to FordDirect’s inventory tracking tool and helped to identify important new lead sources for FordDirect Dealer customers, among other key achievements.
Prior to joining FordDirect in 2011, Rebecca amassed over 15 years of dealer product experience at companies like Dealertrack, where she led product marketing initiatives from launch to completion, including product branding, positioning, messaging, lead generation, and general marketing programs; and Reynolds and Reynolds, where she led the fixed operations business units, secured manufacturer endorsements, and created product enhancement plans.
Rebecca earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a master’s degree in business administration and management from Miami University.
